Junior Dragons Enterprise Project

This workshop introduces the pupils to business concepts in preparation for running their own mini enterprises over the course of a six-week term.

The children work in ‘company’ groups: developing a business plan; market researching and marketing their products; culminating in a trade fair where they sell their wares.

The project develops practical skills and enhances financial capability, literacy, numeracy, IT, enterprise and creativity skills, problem solving, team working skills, personal learning and thinking skills.

MEBP provides a comprehensive scheme of work, curriculum mapping and pupil worksheets, arranges for special guests to visit the school trade fair and revisits the school at the end of the project to provide a mop up session and present certificates to the children.
